We provide home care services within a 15 mile catchment of our offices in Aylesbury. If you live more than 15 miles out, we may struggle to provide our shorter, domiciliary care visits, but may be able to provide longer daytime or overnight duties, so do still call us.

Yes, we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we monitor our service and quality control at all levels of our organisation on a regular basis.

To become a homecare assistant, you do not need any prior training or experience. You can learn the necessary skills through on-the-job and off-the-job training that we offer, which will enable them to understand their role and duties.

Smoking, drinking, and using drugs are strictly prohibited at work. You should not verbally or physically abuse vulnerable clients and should instead be caring and empathetic to them. Don't go too far, especially when it comes to their private or family matters, and don't invade their privacy by going through their belongings, eavesdropping, or lingering when it's not necessary. Never go against the wishes of the doctor or family, and always arrive on time for the service.

Triple E Healthcare Ltd can provide night care service to our clients if needed. Night care can be delivered in two ways, depending on the individual’s needs. It can be either: 1. Sleepovers or Sleep-in care: The caregiver sleeps at the property for a minimum of eight hours and is on hand if required. 2. Waking nights or Wake-in care: The care professional is on duty throughout the night for a minimum of eight hours, and the carer remains awake all night to cover any support needs that might arise.

Our carer trainers can prepare basic and nutritional meals to meet the requirements of the client's diet plan.

We can increase your care package with minimal notice.

Yes, our office hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Outside of these hours, our office team operates an emergency on-call service for use by the existing Service Users and Care Workers only.

The simplest way to solve this is to have a Key-safe fitted to the outside of your property allowing your trusted care workers to let themselves in. The key safe number is kept confidential and will be given on a need to know basis.
